By using our Platform User confirms that User:

Payment
Ownership of the Products will only pass to customer after we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges and taxes, and deliver the Products to the carrier. We try our best to avoid any mistkes , nevertheless, if the product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, we retain the right to refuse, cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price, or ask you to pay the correct price.
Please be aware that the shipping charges depends in your region which may not be present in our system.
Delivery
We will always ensure that we delivery the services on time but we are not responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control and please note that as each country has different holidays and bank holidays these can cause delay.

Return & Refund
If you match the criteria of the product quality or have been send wrong order then you are eligible for return and refund. If you want to return the defective or wrong item, please message us within 14 days of receiving the order. If you notice any flaout made by us or anything wrong with our product please send the picture of it.

We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a valid reason for returning the product.
Ordering and refunding products in overmuch or asking for fake returns or return product dose not much your order we may deactivate your account.
